RETURN POLICY
We offer a 15-day Money back guarantee on all of products. After the 15-day period, all products will be handled under the warranty policy. All returns covered under our 15-day return period are subject to the following:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Visiontek must accompany all returns.
- RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 15 days from the date the product was purchased.
- All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
- All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all doucmentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt in accordance with our inspection criteria and a determination will be made if eligibility requirments are met for refund or replacement.
- The following criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit:
- Overclocking, physical damage or improper installation are not eligible for replacement or refund.
- Packages affixed with counterfit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering.
- Products with any standard cetification labels removed
- Products or packages with barcode label removed.
- Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on the package or invoice.

- All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
- 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds
- Please allow 30 days for all refunds

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. We do not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. We can not ship to international destinations at this time.
